The checker’s result, and any other output of a tool on this site, is general information only. It is not a market valuation, is not signed, and cannot be relied on for tax, ATO, legal, transaction or any other purpose. Only a written report prepared under a formal engagement can be relied on, and only for the purpose stated in it.
Valuation engagements are governed separately
A valuation engagement begins only when scope and a fixed fee are confirmed in writing and you accept them. The engagement letter and its terms govern the work, the report and its permitted use. Where those terms differ from anything on this website, the engagement letter prevails. We confirm the scope, fee and timing before any work begins, and the fee is fixed at engagement and never contingent on the concluded value. Oliver Group values businesses, shares and trust units. Oliver Group arranges your property valuation with a property valuer, who prepares and signs it.
